Hi; Yes the rose is way more red than all the other Gemini pictures, it was purchased in late Oct of 2011 and I kept it in the 3 gallon container until Jan when I put it in a pot for temp planting. It is a "Weeks" rose with a metal tag on it which ID'ed it as "Gemini". Maybe it was mixed up when it was propagated, anyway it is a giant bloomer and was a good deal, got it for $11.00. We will see if newer blooms come out pinker soon. What is really amazing are the size of the blooms, I had a couple measure in with 7 inch diameters across when they opened full!
