Well, sorry, but this is CANDY STRIPE. A friend rooted it for me over 10yrs ago. If you look at the photos of MODERN TIMES, they look more like the one photo here that you say looks like classic CS. They both look quite similar. And in different climates, under varying growing conditions they can all look a little different at times.
