Frilly Cuff.  (Modern Classic) Producing a multitude of deep red buds, that once open form an array of exquisite fully double, frill-like deep cerise blooms with a delicate apple fragrance. The ample green flossy foliage is rudely healthy and is complemented with a sprinkling of thorns along the stems. The plant is bushy and healthy, and will grow to around 4 feet in height, is ideal for growing in a mixed border, as a specimen plant or if space is limited, within a pot or as a hedge. Bred by Beales.
Introduced for Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, who has a long association with the Company, in 2014.
