Bred by M.S. Viraraghavan (India, 2003).
Introduced in Italy by S'Orrosa in 2015 as 'Adriana Zarri'.
Class:
Hybrid Gigantea, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Pink.  Medium pink with pink blend reverse.  Moderate fragrance.  Average diameter 4".  Medium, single (4-8 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  
Habit:
Tall, armed with thorns / prickles, bushy.  Medium, semi-glossy, bronze-green foliage.  

Height: up to 8' (up to 245cm).  
Growing:
Can be used for garden or pillar.  
Breeder's notes:
Spectacular profusion enhanced by wide, wavy petals. Prickles: many, large, pointing down, grey brown

Notes:
Named for the Italian philosopher, Adriana Zarri. (1919 – 2010)
