The photos don't match the description. I have seen one photo of it bright pink. The "silvery reverse" description reminds me of an Australian foundling "Hawthorndene Tennis Court South Rambler", for which Paul Ploton has been suggested.
It would be nice to see a comparison photo with Dorothy Perkins, especially regarding the leaves.

Yes, we are also unsure. This is the rose which was was sold as 'Portuguese Rambler' by Roseraie du Désert. Meanwhile, we also think it was mislabeled. I will add some more photos.
