Carré de Boisjeloup, magnificent, with good fragrance. Center light purple-red, circumference is darker, strongly shaded with slaty ash, 2 1/2 inch wide, very double, with low petals and ranunculus-form. Foliage over 1 inch long, well 1/2 inch wide, but mostly much smaller. Prickles brown-red, large and small under each other, not frequent.
