‘Blanche de Belgique’/’Blanche Superbe’ = Alba. Riche d’un parfum à senteur de jacynthe blanche… bouquets de 5 ou 6 grandes fleurs blanc pur, débordant de pétales délicieusement emmêlés. Il évoque assez ‘Alba Maxima’, mais sa floraison est plus capricieuse… large buisson épineux… beau feuillage à reflets gris.. Vibert, France, 1848.
