Bloom:
Lemon-yellow and blush, cherry-red , white . Mild to strong, spice, sweet fragrance. Average diameter 3". Medium to large, double (17-25 petals), in small clusters, in large clusters, cupped, expanded , open bloom form. Prolific. Medium, pointed buds.
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, compact, dense, well-branched. Large, matte, dark green, leathery, wrinkled (rugose) foliage.
Height: 3' to 4' (90 to 120cm). Width: 3' to 4' (90 to 120cm).
Growing:
Can be used for beds and borders, garden, hedge, landscape or shrub. Vigorous. can be grown as a shrub. flowers drop off cleanly. heat tolerant. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Unintroduced seedling. Sequoia sold seedlings which weren't exactly what was sought from the cross for several years. This is one of them. It is obviously of miniature X Rugosa breeding. The exact cross has been lost. The Rugosa parent is known to be Belle Poitevine.
