Bloom:
Strong clear yellow, deeper near nub, edges fading slightly paler.  Strong, tea fragrance.  Full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  
Habit:
Medium, spreading.  

Height: 4'11" to 6'7" (150 to 200cm).  Width: 4'11" to 6'7" (150 to 200cm).
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
May be the same as the California "Giannini Tea".

New foliage: deep burgundy.

Not 'Jean Pernet' 1867. Too thorny.
Not 'Coquette de Lyon' 1870. Said to be small to medium bloom, ranunculus form.
Not 'Mrs. James Wilson' 1889. Said to have pink edges.
Not 'Alliance Franco-Russe' 1899. Has a salmon centre.
