Introduced in France by Delbard/Georges Delbard SA in 2011 as 'Bienvenue'.
Class:
Climber, Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Deep pink, darker center.  Strong, citrus, rose fragrance.  Large, very full (41+ petals), cluster-flowered, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Light green foliage.  

Height: 8'2" to 9'10" (250 to 300cm).
