Dark velvet red.  Mild, tea fragrance.  20 to 26 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, high-centered to cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, upright.  Medium, glossy, dark green foliage.  3 to 5 leaflets.  

Height: 33" to 39" (85 to 100cm).  Width: 2' to 28" (60 to 70cm).
Growing:
Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower, garden or landscape.  Drought resistant.  heat tolerant.

No. 13,513) and as its pollen parent the variety known as `ADHarman` (not patented).... description is of 3 to 4 year-old rose plants of the new variety grown outdoors in Pomona, Calif. in the month of November.
