Here in lower Cévennes 600m zone 8b-9, photo from early June only it’s second season, very vigorous with 3m + canes, very healthy, sparingly watered, no spray, grafted onto Laxa ex. Loubert. Very thorny but having this stunning bloom for 3-4 weeks makes it worth it.

Paul’s Himalayan Musk Rambler. Own roots at Northcliffe, W.A. Dec 3, 2022. Provenance: M. Wellby-> via MF in 2011-> Shrubbery-S-mid. Blooms looked more lilac a couple of days ago when whizzing past on the mower. Blooms.
