Notes:
There seem to have been different roses named Mme. Denis, of which the one by Moreau was possibly a synonym of Mme. Maurin.
Possibly related to Th. Denis (d. 1898), chief gardener of the Botanical Park of TĂȘte d'Or in Lyon
