p18. ‘Early Blush’. Johnson, 1998. a seedling R. Rugosa Alba found in Merryle and David Johnsons Garden, ‘Wensley Farm’. Large single white flowers with a blush in the petals. The lightly fragrant, blooms resemble white tissue paper and are produced continuously. Densely foliated with deeply veined coarse textured, slightly glossy leaves. Sets large tomato red hips 2 x 2m.

Mrs. Dianne Ackland. Australian Raised Roses. Early Blush Rugosa. Wheen, 1992. A fast growing rugosa which is very long flowering and has palest blush pink buds which open to large white single blooms. Around 1.5m tall, it has typical Rugosa foliage in a bright fresh mid green. Quite disease free and hardy. Just covered in large round glossy red hips in Autumn.
