White, near white or white blend Hybrid Rugosa.
Origin:
Discovered by Merryle and David Johnson (Australia, circa 1998).
Class:
Hybrid Rugosa.  
Bloom:
White or white blend.  Strong fragrance.  Single to semi-double bloom form.  
Habit:
Tall, armed with thorns / prickles.  Semi-glossy, dark green, wrinkled (rugose) foliage.  

Height: up to 6'7" (up to 200cm).  Width: up to 6'7" (up to 200cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, hedge or landscape.  Produces decorative hips.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Parentage:
Notes:
Possibly a seedling at Rosa rugosa 'Alba.' Found in the garden of Merryle and David Johnson. A reference puts the date of this rose as 1998

A rugosa of the same name from Wheen, 1992, is mentioned in the references.
