Notes:
Rosa mosqueta is the name given to species roses introduced to Chile by Spanish colonizers and consist primarily of Rosa moschata, Rosa canina and Rosa rubiginosa. The hips of Rosa mosqueta are exported from Chile to Europe, where the pulp is used for cooking. Oil extracted from the achenes is used in the cosmetics industry.
