Mauve or purple blend.  Flowers mauve, deep purple upper, medium purple revers.  Moderate fragrance.  Average diameter 2.75".  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, suckers on its own roots.  Medium, matte, dark green foliage.  

Height: 3' to 5' (90 to 150cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 2b through 8b.  Can be used for garden.  Very hardy.  Prune lightly until this rose gets established (about two years), then prune it back by about a third..
