Purchased from Antique Rose Emporium spring 2023. Slow growing compared with others planted at the same time. Has more black spot, but not too bad if I stay on top of it. Blooms are smaller (about 2”), but the plant is rarely without blooms even as temps hang in the 90’s during the day. Scent is moderate in cooler weather, but now that is is hot, I can’t perceive any. Blooms don’t last but a couple of days in the vase or in the plant.

This rose was the first of my roses to bloom with a huge number of buds set on large candelabras. They were a clear light pink. Very pretty, then everything went south! The leaves started to yellow and drop with black spot. It looks a mess. It is still putting out scattered blooms, but the plant is obviously not happy. I am considering removing it from the ground and treating it in a new location.
