Sadly, this rose has a bad case of rust this year in my garden. Inland empire Southern California, zone 9b. She also needs a lot of water in the summer, which is unlike any of my other rugosas. I will either move her to a less prominent spot, so I don't have to see the unhealthy foliage, or give her away to someone else who has a garden where she might do better.
