Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
White, pink edges.  Moderate, raspberry fragrance.  Double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, compact.  

Height: up to 28" (up to 70cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.
