A small error about the name of the rose Coniston also named Comte (without a s) de Champagne seen on the David Austin site . Great thanks

Also de and not des. I cannot change the registered spelling, but I have added Austin's spelling. Thanks hortelina.

This rose is as tough as old boots! It's survived drought, snow and the depredations of possums. It's never been sprayed nor has it been fertilised often & it's still going strong. A truly great performer here in Tasmania.

In its first year in my garden I've found this rose to be very black spot resistant.

Under Buy From you say Treloar Roses sells this rose as 'Comtes des Champagne'. But this is incorrect: their website says, rightly, 'Comtes de Champagne'.

Whatever synonym you know this rose as, if you are seeking who sells it, a HelpMefind search for any one of the four synonyms (AUSufo, Coniston, Comtes de Champagne, and Comtes des Champagne[rightly or wrongly] ) will list the nurseries (including Treloar) selling this rose.

Thank you Patricia. As a matter of fact I knew the alternative names would produce the same result, as would any relational database. But the Treloar entry itself was wrong and has now happily been corrected.
