New Roses For 1926. Lord Fairfax (HT. Gray) Well shaped buds of cherry-red, flushed with scarlet. Expanded flowers are of an exceptionally pretty shade of cherry-rose pink. Fairly full; free flowering; nice petals of good substance. Sweetly scented; grand sturdy vigorous habit. Fine tough foliage; long stems; hardy; perpetual. Free from mildew. 4/. each.
After the style of 'Rose Marie' but with deeply veined petals. Promising.
