Mariano once mentioned to me that the one photo of Nell Gwyn from AmiRoses might have been taken in the Roseraie de la Ville de Montauban garden.
I have just added the 1943 reference - which is interesting in that it is 25 years before its time! A quick search of my computer reveals no other earlier Nell Gwyn/n
