If you click on the "Gardens" tab for the rose, you will see that Sangerhausen / Europarosarium Sangerhausen is listed.

Yes. And this is a contradiction to the the description tab, where the last line reads:
"Modern Roses 10 says this rose is extinct."

Aha, good catch, and thank you.
Modern Roses 12 indicates that the rose was "RULED EXTINCT 1992", but as you have pointed out, it seems to be in commerce, so perhaps it is not. We will see if we can find confirmation one way or another.
