I am seeking the source of this Note in Bouquet D'Or (pernetiana, Lippiatt 1920).
"A French name, influenced by Lippiatt's visit to the Pernet Ducher's nursery."
Does any administrator recall where it came from?

Later edit - aha. Found it, from Jocelen in the comments for breeder W. E. Lippiatt. Lippiatt visited Pernet Ducher in 1920.
