A pity this rose is not available in the United States. At least, I have yet to find a nursery that lists or carries it.
We certainly have several nurseries to select from for 'Crimson Glory' and 'Étoile de Hollande'.

I know of 'Ena Harkness' but not of 'Eva Harkness'. Can anyone show that it ever existed? And why does HMF accept the addition of a rose to its database on the otherwise unsupported basis of a single label?

Indeed, there is no 'Eva Harkness', but 'Ena Harkness'. It is also labeled by the latter name at the Roseraie du Val de Marne. Checking the admin notes on the Eva listing, it seems that this was an addition in the early days of HMF and the error was not realized until your comment. As you know, we are only very few honorary admins and do not have the resources to constantly check the database. It is our members who direct our attention to discrepancies. The beauty of a database like HMF is that errors can be remedied very fast and do not hang on for ages as in books. So, thank you very much for the heads up and 'Eva Harkness' is history!

PS. Not to be misunderstood: I love rose books and have hundreds of them - but their purpose is different.
