Everblooming Roses
The so-called Everblooming Roses include the Hybrid Tea and Pernetiana groups. They do not bloom all the time, but if kept healthy and growing steadily, one crop of flowers succeeds another at brief intervals.
Capitaine Georges Dessirier. Hybrid Tea. (Pernet-Ducher, 1919.) Large buds and very double dark crimson blooms of notable fire and fragrance. Bushy plant with shining foliage and liberal blooming qualities.
Similar to and possibly an improvement on Chateau de Clos Vougeot in its upright growth. Flowers not quite so dark but very lovely.

Arbuste vigoureux, à rameaux divergents. Plus vigoureux que « Château de. Clos Vougeot » et d'un meilleur port ; les fleurs sont aussi d'un coloris moins noir.

Novelties of 1921
Captain Georges Dessirier (HT.) (Pernet Ducher) After the style of ‘Chateau de Clos Vougeot’, and said to be a better grower. The colour is not so constant as that variety, but any dark red, shaded crimson, is worthy of extended trial.
