Hinrich Gaede (H.T.) is a most vigorous variety with upright habit and bronze-green foliage and large, very shapely, fully double flowers of nasturtium-red shaded with orange-yellow at the base and outside the petals, which retain their colour under all circumstances. It is, unfortunately, liable to black spot. Kordes 1931...Tall growth. Moderately fragrant...June-Sept. Hardy.

Hinrich Gaede (Pernetiana). Effectful colour rose which is excellently suitable for cutting and group planting. The blooms are strikingly beautiful, very large and very double and exhale a fine fragrance. The intense copper-red with orange-yellow (7/7,5 na/8ra) of the blooms shines out of the dark green foliage....Low garden plants 1 piece RM [Reichsmark] -.60  10 pieces RM 5.50
