La variété commercialisée par les pépinières Peter Beales ne correspond pas à l’authentique variété du XIXème siècle et a été retirée de leur catalogue ! Quelle malchance ! Pourtant, la fleur est belle, bien faite, rose foncé nuancé et bien parfumée tandis que le rosier est vigoureux et insensible aux maladies. Une vraie belle rose ancienne.
