Tea Roses.
Golden Gate A very handsome and friendly Rose of rich creamy white, shaded with golden yellow and clear rose, and with an exceedingly mellow fragrance. Golden Gate Rose is one of the modest flowers, in a way, and carries with it an atmosphere of retirement. The buds are long and pointed and of good form, and the blooms are double and full and large and finely shaped. The canes are slender but strong, and the whole plant is of pleasing proportions. These traits , combined with its hardiness, vigorous growth and handsome, bright green foliage, make it a most desirable garden Rose for the amateur.
