Introduced in France by URS (Universal Rose Selection)-Meilland in 1949 as 'Madame Charles Sauvage'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1952 as 'Madame Charles Sauvage'.

Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Orange - yellow, yellow outer petals.  Mild fragrance.  up to 30 petals.  Average diameter 5".  Very large, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  

Height: up to 39" (up to 100cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
