Bred by George Foster (United Kingdom, 1838).
Introduced in Australia by Sydney Botanical Gardens in before 1846 as 'Devoniensis'.
Introduced in Australia by Exotic Nursery (Australia) in 1851 as 'Victoria'.

Bloom:

White, yellow center. Strong, tea fragrance. Large, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, cupped, globular bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Height: 31" to 6'7" (80 to 200cm). Width: 2' to 6'7" (60 to 200cm).

Growing:

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
