October rebloom. This is CdC's third year in my garden, and it has proven much more heat tolerant than anticipated, healthy here, blooms often, smells wonderful.

Photo taken 7 December 2023 in Kangaroo Valley, NSW, Australia. Planted bare-rooted 6 months ago in winter (Australia). Buds tend to ball up brown in humid conditions.
Heritage rose, R 'Comtess de Chambord' - Portland rose. Description from World Federation of Roses Society where this heritage rose was announced to have made it into the WFRS "Hall of Fame" at the Adelaide international rose convention in Australia in 2022:
"A Damask/ Portland Hybrid Perpetual, bred in 1863 by Moreau-Robert, France.Old French classic style blooms, sometimes quartered, rose pink, very fragrant. Repeats flowering throughout the summer months. Compact, neat green foliage."
