C. LOUISA PLENA (Simon-Louis).-A variety of the patens group, resembling the others of the same section in growth and foliage. The flowers are large, white, regularly-formed, semi- double, and of a remarkably elegant character. It is one of the earlier of the new varieties raised by MM. Simon-Louis, of Plantières, near Metz.
