taken last night, 5/4/2012. I just discovered, after all this time, this rose folds up it's blooms at night:) Fascinating. I'll have to look at another single to see if it does also by Dee Bennett.
pic taken 4/28/2012. This rose has fulfilled all the potential I hope it would. I am very pleased with it. It's close to 5' tall and wide. blooms depend on day and temp. this was in the sun so they've a sherbet cast.
5/5/2012. pic is designed to show how large rose is against my car. It's been pruned at least twice since xmas. a hard rain beat down the laden sweet smelling blooms. This will be pruned again when it's done to strengthen. I'm very pleased with it,
pic taken Visalia, Ca last night, 5/4/2012; Bush has been pruned 3 times since xmas. we had a really mild winter. currently measures 47"Tx55"W. We had a terrible rain storm that beat some of the taller canes down. After blooming, this will be pruned back again.
