'Earth Angel', whole plant, own root in its 7th season. I guess I put it in the right spot as I have no issues with this bush at all. This is a due west portrait; the bush sits at the northeast corner of the house where it gets full morning sun. I have a large maple tree to the left which provides shade at about 11am; some dabbled sun midafternoon then full shade as the sun ascends behind the house to the west. View prior photos for growth rate and habit growth. Gets very little black spot and just ignores it. Had to start spraying insecticide last year due to spotted lanternfly. One more treatment this year to go then just spot treatment as needed. Luckily, I haven't seen as many nymphs this year like last year. Zone 7, NJ.
