Public gardens are plagued by fools who move plant labels. The rose labelled City of Benalla in the Adelaide Botanic Gardens is incorrect, and the rose I photographed was labelled Tonimbuk (which it isn't). However, it matches quite well the photo of C of B in Peter Cox's book "Australian Roses".
