This specimen is trained in late Winter each year onto a rebar support structure, for tidiness and to make it easier to access come pollination time. Like most Hybrid Wichuranas, it is quite lax and its 15 foot canes would simply splay across the ground if no support was available. This plant is a few weeks away from blooming.
