Shrub.  

Pink blend and carmine-pink, fuchsia / magenta blending, white edges, fuchsia / magenta veining.  Large, semi-double (9-16 petals), cupped bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  

Short.  Medium green foliage.  5 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 28" to 35" (70 to 90cm).  

Caroline Lucretia Herschel (* March 16, 1750 in Hanover, † January 9, 1848 there) was an astronomer and singer[1]. She was the younger sister of Wilhelm Herschel, the discoverer of Uranus, and she helped him in his astronomical research. Caroline Herschel discovered eight comets and several nebulae. Caroline Herschel produced two important star catalogs on star clusters and nebulae.
This is the sister rose of 'Friesische Immenrose'.

5- to 7-pinnate, medium green foliage with long, narrow, pointed-oval, V-shaped leaves with a lighter underside and medium, deep serrations.

Brown shoots with fine bristles and thin, small spines.
