Shrub.  

Lilac, light green outer petals.  Strong, tea fragrance.  Medium, full (26-40 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  

Height: 4'11" to 5¼' (150 to 160cm).  

Can be used for hedge.
