Bloom:
Blush, ages to white . Some purplish flecks on the reverse edges. 50 to 80 petals. Average diameter 2.25". Medium, very full (41+ petals), cluster-flowered bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer. Small, glandular sepals, ovoid buds.
Habit:
Climbing. 3 to 7 leaflets.

Notes:
Louise Marie Adélaïde Eugénie d'Orléans (August 23, 1777 Palis Royal, Paris - December 31, 1847 Palais de Tuileries, Paris), sister of King Louis-Philippe I of France.
Earliest literature differentiates between 'Adélaide' (white) and 'Léopoldine' (pink), which might point to that these were originally close siblings. In later years, these two Roses seem to have been mixed up and considered synonymous.
