Bred by Dubourg (France, circa 1826).
Bloom:
White, lilac shading. Very double, flat bloom form.
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).

Notes:
Joseph-Patrice-Fouchard was born in 1870, and adopted the name of 'Dubourg' and the rank of 'General'. He seems to have been a colorful character, as well as a rose amateur.
