'Phloxy Baby' rose Description

Bloom:
Pink, white shading, ages to light pink . Mild fragrance. 5 petals. Average diameter 0.75". Small, single (4-8 petals), in small clusters bloom form. Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season. Small, ovoid buds.
Habit:
Bushy, upright. Glossy, medium green foliage. 3 to 7 leaflets.
Height: 5½' (165cm). Width: 4' to 5' (120 to 150cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5a and warmer. Can be used for garden, hedge, landscape, shrub or specimen. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.

The new variety of Rosa hybrida landscape shrub rose plant of the present invention was created during 2001 at Greenfield, Wis., U.S.A., by open pollination in a rose garden setting at my home....The female parent (i.e., the seed parent) was the ‘Angel Rose’ variety (non-patented in the United States). The female parent is a Polyantha rose and sometimes is identified as ‘Minima’. The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) is unknown.
