Bloom:
Cream to light yellow, ages to white.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, very double bloom form.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Two separate breeders are mentioned in the references.
It is presumed this rose was named after (Mrs.] Kate Dwyer, [nee Golding], 1861–1949, Australian educator, suffragist, and labour activist.
