Medium pink Species. Exhibition name: R. blanda
Bloom:
Rose-pink. Strong fragrance. Average diameter 2.25". Medium, single (4-8 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer.
Habit:
Arching, bushy, few or no prickles/thorns, well-branched. Medium, matte, dark green, leathery foliage. 5 to 9 leaflets.
Height: 4'11" to 8'2" (150 to 250cm). Width: up to 4' (up to 120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 3b and warmer. Vigorous. produces decorative hips.
