Bloom:
Light pink. Outer petals white. Moderate, tea fragrance. Average diameter 3.5". Large, double (17-25 petals), globular bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Identical with 'Cels multiflore'? Louis-Philippe I (October 6, 1773 Palace Royale - October 26, 1850 Claremont House, Surrey), went into exile after the French revolution, returned to France after Napoléon's exile and was crowned Roi des Français in 1830. He was deposed in the 1848 revolution and went again into exile.
