Bred by J. Benjamin Williams (United States, 1999).
Introduced in United States by J.B. Williams and Associates in 2007 as 'Cicely Phippen Marks'.

Bloom:

Light pink. [Apricot or apricot blend.] Flowers delicate light peachy/apricot pink with yellow at center. Moderate, strong fragrance. Average diameter 2.5". Medium, large, semi-double (9-16 petals), double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season, occasional repeat later in the season.

Habit:

Medium, compact. Medium, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.

Growing:

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower or garden. Protect tender new spring growth from hard freezes that may cause canker, die-back and death of the plant. . Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that. Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..
