Bred by Scipion Cochet (France, 1872). Bred by Desmazures père (France, 1872).
Introduced in Australia by George Brunning - St. Kilda Nurseries in 1876 as 'Madame Scipion Cochet'.
Class:
Bourbon, Hybrid Perpetual.  
Bloom:
Pink blend, white edges.  Cherry-pink.  Large, double (17-25 petals), cupped, rosette bloom form.  Spring or summer flush with scattered later bloom.  
Habit:

Height: 4' (120cm).  Width: 3' (90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
