Introduced in Denmark by Poulsen Roser A/S in 2003 as 'Flirting Palace'.

Bloom:
Red.  Mild, wild rose fragrance.  40 to 45 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Medium, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, compact, upright.  Semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  7 leaflets.  

Height: 16" to 2' (40 to 60cm).  Width: up to 16" (up to 40cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, garden or ground cover.

The present invention constitutes a new and distinct variety of garden rose plant which originated from a controlled crossing between a unnamed female parent plant and the male parent `POULmax`, described and illustrated in U.S. Plant patent application Ser. No. 10/192,746 dated Jul. 9, 2002. The two parents were crossed during the summer of 1992
