Introduced in France by Eugène Verdier fils aîne in 1871 as 'Le Havre'.
Introduced in Australia by C. F. Newman and Sons - Adelaide in 1894 as 'Le Havre'.

Hybrid Perpetual.  
Bloom:
Vermilion.  Sweet fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns.  

Height: 39" to 6' (100 to 185cm).  Width: 4' (120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Prune after flowering is finished.
